State and National Programs
Community Action Program (CAP)
Customers may qualify for weatherization programs along with fuel assistance. Neighbor Helping Neighbor is a New Hampshire assistance fund for customers in need who do not qualify for fuel assistance and is administrated through the CAP agency.
