The Maine Public Utilities Commission may take six months or longer to review the acquisition to ensure there is no compromise in the safety, reliability, or quality of service resulting from this transaction. We expect to hear the outcome of this review by early 2025. View the filing.
In the meantime, BNG customers should expect no changes to their existing service and should continue to use current BNG customer service numbers for any account questions.
Customers will receive direct notifications about any updates or changes, including future changes to customer account numbers.
