In addition to these new features, we continue to work hard to help you manage and understand your energy costs. Check the messages located on the lower left side of your statement. Types of messages typically include general reminders and upcoming rate changes. Additional rate information can be found at www.unitil.com/gasrates or www.unitil.com/electricrates.
Each month, we also include important messages as separate inserts with your statement, like details on rebates, energy saving tips, and gas and electric safety information. If you don’t receive a paper statement, you can view these helpful messages online. For electric customers, go to www.unitil.com/customernews and for gas customers, visit www.unitil.com/gascustomernews.
If you haven’t done so already, now is a great time to sign up for online account access at https://myaccount.unitil.com. Once you’re enrolled you’ll have access to an array of online tools that make managing your energy use and statement easy. We offer a variety of convenient ways to pay your statement - online, via phone, mail, or in person at convenient payment locations.
