Wholesale Supply Transactions

Unitil Service Corp has issued the following electric Default Service Requests for Proposals on behalf of its affiliates, Fitchburg Gas and Electric (FG&E) and Unitil Energy Systems (UES). 

FG&E seeks only Fixed Price load-following service as follows:

• Small and Medium Customer Groups – 100% of requirements starting from August 01, 2025, and ending on January 31, 2026 (6 months)
• Small and Medium Customer Groups 50% of requirements starting from February 01, 2026, and ending on July 31, 2026 (6 months)

UES seeks only Fixed Monthly Price load-following service as follows:

• Small and Medium Customer Groups – 50% requirements beginning August 01, 2025, and ending on January 31, 2026 (6 months)

All RFP materials are available online at www.unitil.com/rfp under "Current Procurement" for FG&E and UES.

Proposal forms, including contract comments and indicative pricing, are due Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EPT. Final pricing is due Tuesday, June 03, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EPT.
