Unitil Service Corporation has issued the following Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) Requests for Proposals on behalf of its affiliate, Fitchburg Gas and Electric (“FG&E”) d/b/a Unitil (“Unitil”). FG&E is seeking proposals to supply NEPOOL GIS Certificates to satisfy its 2024 Massachusetts RPS, APS, CPS, and CES-E requirements. Unitil invites all interested parties to participate in this solicitation.
Respondents to this RFP must submit a completed Proposal Submission Form, REC Purchase Agreement, including any proposed contract exceptions, Bid Form, and NDA to receive Unitil’s financials. Submissions must be received on or before February 04, 2025, by 10 am (EPT) and should be marked “FGE REC RFP 2025-01” and sent via e-mail to Jeff Pentz at pentzj@unitil.com, pager@unitil.com and to energy_contracts@unitil.com. - Winning Supplier Notified: Tuesday, February 04, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
- Contracts Executed: Thursday, February 06, 2025.
