The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides money to help low-income homeowners and renters pay for heating costs.The amount of assistance customers receive from LIHEAP is based on household size and income, energy costs, and other factors.
If your heat is included in your rent, you may still apply for LIHEAP. Click here for income guidelines.
Once your LIHEAP application is approved, you will receive a 30% discount on your gas service. The discount rate is not retroactive but effective for the next twelve (12) months.
