Unitil, (www.unitil.com), has completed its restoration in New Hampshire with the exception of individual service issues and some isolated pockets. Unitil’s system emergency operations center will close at 6 p.m. and is returning to normal operations, though the seacoast regional center will remain open until individual service issues are resolved. Unitil announced completion in Massachusetts Tuesday evening.

If customers who remain without power after their neighbors have been restored, they are urged to call Unitil customer service and report the outage again. Some customers may have an issue specific to their home and will require work by a private electrician before restoration can be completed. Once the work is complete, customers should call customer service to have restoration completed.

“We’d like to thank our crews and employees for their hard work, but especially our customers for their patience and our local first responders for their aid during this unprecedented storm,” Rich Francazio, Unitil Director of Emergency Management said.

Again, customers experiencing outages should call the following toll-free numbers:

  • For the NH Seacoast Area: 1-800-582-7276
  • For the NH Capital Area: 1-800-852-3339
  • For Massachusetts: 1-888-301-7700
