Then, use the Interconnection Program Portal to create a new account or sign in to an existing account. You may submit multiple applications under one account and you will be able to save and edit your progress of each application up until it's successfully submitted. Any accompanying documentation may be securely uploaded through your Interconnection Program Portal.
