After logging into the MyUnitil mobile app or your MyUnitil account, click on the "Profile" tab located in the main menu. Then, select "My Profile" at the top and scroll down to find the "Edit Additional Profile" button.
From that pop-up, add email addresses and phone numbers.
Click the "Update Changes" button, then the "x" button at the top right of the pop-up to exit the pop-up.

After logging into your MyUnitil portal, find the "Change Account" button in the top menu bar. This will expand to show all the accounts linked to your profile. Select the account you wish to view.
You can toggle between accounts using the MyUnitil mobile app by clicking the blue circle in the bottom right corner.

After logging into the MyUnitil mobile app or your MyUnitil portal, click on the "Profile" tab. Then, select "My Profile" located at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Change Password section. Enter then confirm your new password.
You will be required to enter your old password in order to proceed with the change.

To enroll, log into or create a MyUnitil profile using the MyUnitil mobile app or myaccount.unitil.com. Navigate to the "Profile" tab in the main menu, then select "Notifications" at the top of the page.
Select an account number, email, phone number, and text number under the "Communication Preference" section.
Under the "Notification Subscription" section, toggle to Yes for receiving email, and/or SMS/Text for "Your Monthly Bill." Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Update Communication and Notification Preferences" button to save your selections.
After the next billing cycle following your enrollment, you will receive an electronic bill instead of a paper version at the email address associated with your account.

Start Service
On the MyUnitil landing page, scroll down to the "Are you a new customer?" section and select the appropriate form. For existing properties, fill out the "Application for New Service." For new construction properties, fill out the "Contractor Request Form."
Transfer/Move or Stop Service
Log in to your MyUnitil account. From the "Account Services" tab found on the left-hand side navigation, you can transfer or disconnect your service.
To transfer/move your service, you will be required to pay any outstanding arrears balance on the account before the transfer request can be processed.
