For qualified multifamily building customers, Unitil will share a portion of the cost to design, purchase and install any qualified energy efficiency upgrades for our multifamily building customers. We offer incentives that pay a portion of the qualified installed cost of measures. Eligible multifamily buildings have four or more units, have a master-metered account on a firm commercial rate, and use gas for heat and/or hot water.
