Mass Save Home Energy Assessment / Home Energy Services Program

Unitil has partnered with the gas and electric utilities throughout the state to offer our customers the family of Mass Save Programs
The Mass Save Home Energy Assessment / Home Energy Services Program offers a 75% rebate up to $2,000 to improve the energy efficiency of our customers’ homes through weatherization. This fuel-neutral weatherization program offers participants a comprehensive “whole house” assessment of their home. The assessment is an energy and safety evaluation of the home that includes an inspection of lighting and appliances as well as performance testing of the ventilation and mechanical systems, building tightness, and insulation levels that will result in recommended energy efficiency improvements. When you participate in the Home Energy Services Program, you'll save on energy bills and enjoy a more comfortable home year round.

If more extensive work is required, you may also qualify for an interest free loan up to $25,000 through the HEAT loan program. To confirm your eligibility, call us toll-free at 888-301-7700 or contact us to request an informational packet.
