Facts and Information About the COVID-19 Pandemic
There are many sources of information available during this pandemic. At Unitil, we look to national and global authorites such as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to provide a unified and centralized source of facts and information. Below are some helpful resources from these and other trusted partners.

We recognize that these are unprecedented times for businesses throughout the country. The normal way of doing business has been uprooted. We still don’t know what the full effect on our region will be, but many are already hurting from the impact this change has had on our economy. To try and keep you informed of the programs currently available for small businesses during this difficult time, we have gathered the following list of resources for you.
For Massachusetts businesses, Governor Baker’s office has created a resource specifically for impacted businesses. It can be found here.
In Maine, Governor Mills has created a similar resource, which can be viewed here.
New Hampshire businesses can visit the state’s Department of Business and Economic Affairs homepage here, which is dedicated to providing COVID 19 related resources.
Outside of these services, the Unitil Customer Service team is ready to assist you. We have made the following commitments:
- We recognize flexibility and understanding is required as we work together to protect both the local businesses that drive our economy and our loved ones most at risk from this disease. All late payment or non-payment fees are currently being waived.
- Unitil’s Customer Service team will work with you to set up a personalized payment plan designed to spread costs out over time.
We are here for you; please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can work together to find a way forward for your business, (888) 301-7700.
